I am Andri Sokratous, 47 years old. I have 3 children and a grandchild. My lifestyle before The 1:1 Diet was unhealthy due to an unstable work schedule, which made it difficult for me to diet. Because of my weight, I experienced orthopaedic hip issues. My doctor recommended that either I lose weight, or we proceed surgically.
