I am Giannos Minas. I am 43 years old; I am married and I have two little daughters. My weight loss journey started in April 2021 when, one night, at a restaurant, the table next to us were discussing “What’s a woman like that doing with him?” I was offended and frustrated with myself that night, but in the end, I made it through with my Consultants and it really changed my life. Now I can exercise daily, buy whatever clothes I like and, above all feel healthy. I look at myself in the mirror and I find it hard to believe that I made it, because I had been overweight since I was a child. Thank you, the journey was wonderful.
